Brainbox gives you a private, isolated, persistent memory graph — reachable through a browser login and by machines/agents (MCP). These terms are the deal between you and us for using it.
By creating an account or using Brainbox ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Brainbox provides a private, per-tenant memory graph you can reach via a browser login and via machine/agent access. The Service is currently in early access / invite-only and is evolving; features may change.
Don't use the Service to break the law; store or distribute unlawful content; attempt to access another tenant's data; probe, overload, or disrupt the infrastructure; or resell the Service without our agreement.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
We back up nightly and work to protect your brain, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of anything critical. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for data loss.
Brainbox is currently free / invite-only. Paid plans may be introduced later; we'll give you notice before any charge applies.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or threaten the Service or other tenants. On termination, we delete your brain as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim (currently zero for free accounts).
We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. We'll update the date above and notify you of material changes.
These Terms are governed by TODO: governing law & jurisdiction, e.g. the Republic of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
